At the Espoonlahti Swimming Hall, you can enjoy fitness swimming and aqua jogging. The facility features a 50-meter pool with eight lanes, as well as a shallow children’s pool. The facility also includes fitness centers and a café; please check their services and hours separately. Due to a malfunction in the pool’s adjustable floor, the depth of the pool used for deep-water aerobics is approximately 2–2.2 meters. You can arrange to use a private locker room in advance by speaking with the staff.
