The Isojärvi Camp House is a campground in Halkia, on the shores of Lake Isojärvi, operated by the municipality of Pornainen. The entire area can be reserved by an individual, an association, or another group for camping, social gatherings, or overnight stays. The main building has ten beds, a large kitchen, and a fireplace and dining area that seats about 40 people. The lower cabin offers additional sleeping accommodations, and on the shore there is a sauna, a lean-to, and a fire pit. Use of the sauna is included in the rental fee. Guests must bring their own bedding, and the premises must be cleaned at the end of the stay. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. Reservations must be made through the municipality’s Timeworks service at least seven days in advance; for availability in the coming days, please contact the recreation services. Overnight reservations typically begin at 2:00 PM and end at 12:00 PM, but a prior daytime reservation may delay your arrival. The exact arrival time and key pickup arrangements will be confirmed when you make your reservation. A day reservation is a separate booking and does not include an overnight stay.
