The Cliffs of Kivenlahti (Tyrskyvuori)
Seascapes from the coastal cliffs of Tyrskyvuori and wooded hiking trails in Kivenlahti. Steep, uneven terrain; stick to the marked trails.
The Kivenlahti coastal cliffs on Tyrskyvuori are a seaside recreational destination south of Tyrskyranta in Espoo. The cliffs offer views of Kivenlahti, the opposite shore toward Kirkkonummi, and the sea. There are forested hiking trails in the area, and the city’s current “Love Letters to Nature” trail also leads to the coastal cliffs. Please use the public trails and respect the privacy of nearby homes. The cliffs and slopes are uneven and steep, so this site is not accessible to everyone. Extra caution is required on wet or icy cliffs. This notice applies to independent outdoor recreation; it does not include visits to buildings, guided tours, or lifeguard supervision. The entire coastal route running parallel to the shore is not yet complete in all areas, so please follow the designated trails. The map marker indicates the rocky area, not a parking spot. The phone number is the general contact number for Espoo-info and the city switchboard.
