The Raasepori Museum is located in the museum district in downtown Tammisaari. In the exhibition hall, you can explore the “Helene of Tammisaari” exhibition, which tells the story of Helene Schjerfbeck’s life in the town from 1918 to 1941. The same building also houses a museum shop, a café, and a lounge. The Porvaristalo house and its outbuildings in the museum courtyard are open separately during the summer and at Christmas, so a tour of their interiors is not included in the general fall season visit. The same admission ticket also grants access to the adjacent Chappe Art Museum.
