Lost-item instructions
You can inquire about lost and found items at the Information Desk. The Sello Shopping Center Information Desk is located on the 1st floor of the shopping center, next to the Pingviini Ice Cream Café, right next to Sello Square. Lost and found items are held at the Information Desk for about a week. After that, they are collected and taken to the mall’s security control room, from where they are forwarded to the police’s lost and found office. The security office is located in the parking garage, in Corridor K. If you suspect you lost your property at Sello Shopping Center more than two weeks ago, please contact the police directly.
