Lost-item instructions

Lost and found items are taken to the Korkeasaari security office, where you can pick them up yourself. Items left behind at the zoo are kept at the security office for two weeks. Valuables are then forwarded to the Helsinki Police Department’s lost and found office. Unfortunately, Korkeasaari does not mail lost items.
