Charming Rantala Cottage
This cozy, winter-ready cottage is located separately from the main house, in its own peaceful setting, on the sunny shore of Lake Sarkavesi. The cottage was built from the logs of Linkkumylly’s old barn and exudes an old-world charm.
The cottage features a living room with a kitchen, as well as a bedroom, bathroom, toilet, sauna, and a terrace. (Total approx. 30 m² + terrace approx. 10 m²). Inside, it’s like a cozy dollhouse, perfect for two people. The bedroom has two beds, and the living room has a pull-out sofa bed.
The sauna has an electric IKI stove, which effortlessly provides an excellent steam experience. The cabin is located right on the lakeshore. You’ll have access to a gas grill, a private dock, and a parking spot. Linkkumylly is located 15 km from Repovesi National Park. Kayak and canoe rentals are available. There are wonderful paddling routes, including rock paintings in the surrounding area. You can also paddle into Repovesi National Park.
