Aleksis Kivi’s childhood home in Palojo, Nurmijärvi, offers a glimpse into the life and works of this national author in his native surroundings. Groups can book a guided tour lasting about half an hour, and you can request specific topics to be covered. The museum building and the museum shop in the courtyard are not wheelchair accessible.
